At the beginning of this project I was tasked with going to the dollar store and picking a product to design a site around. While there, I found these little produce saving containers and chose to use them because I liked the simplicity and colors of the containers. I knew that I would be able to incorporate photography into this project with this product which was another factor as well. The site had to be one scrollable page with multiple sections highlighting the product benefits, sponsors, about, FAQ, etc.

I wanted this site to be simple and light so that the design did not take away from the product. I chose an earthy color palette to compliment the “natural“ vibe I was going for. I wanted the experience to feel dynamic so I focused on adding scrolling animations and using a grid layout that added visual interest.

I’m exceptionally happy with the photography of the site. Using my camera and a little light box I spent hours photographing the products and the fruit ad vegetables as well as editing them.
